How to Return or Exchange Products with Joyline Clothing

 

Are you not satisfied with your purchase from Joyline Clothing? Not a problem! We are happy to accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. Here's everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your product with us:

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, without any makeup, perfume or stains and in the same condition you received it in. It must also have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging. If your product meets these requirements, you can send it back to us for a refund. 

 

However, please note that Custom Orders are not eligible for returns.

 

The shipping costs for returning your product are your responsibility, and we recommend using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned product. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be returned to the original card on which the purchase was made, minus the original shipping costs. Refunds can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, contact us and we will arrange it for you. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges for custom orders.

 

Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent product, please report it to us within 2 business days of delivery by emailing info@joylineclothing.com. We will do our best to assist you with returning or exchanging the product.
